Driver

Unless you want choppy gameplay and sputtering video, you need to make sure the drivers working for your graphics adapters are always up to date. The most common problem with video adapters that lose their drivers support is well know - the screen freezes. Oct 8, 2016 - Radeon HD2000 HD3000 HD4000 HD5000 HD6000 HD7000 HD8000 series are END OF LIFE LEGACY. This means automatic driver.

For the purpose of this document the term “Discrete Graphics” refers to a separate and detached adapter that is the designated primary graphics controller on a system.

This document does not apply to Integrated or On-die Graphics such as those found in motherboard chipsets and AMD APUs. For more information about Windows 10 driver support for APU graphics please visit: Windows 10 Support for AMD APU systems

I suppose that means that Valve decided to cap it at that, but I like running a server with custom maps for brief games with my friends and setting up FastDL for that just doesn't sound reasonable. So, can you bring that option back, but say leave the default to 16MB on the client (as in, the client would refuse accepting files bigger than that)? So that you could still send bigger files in LAN (or otherwise negotiated with every player) environments without the headache of either setting up FastDL or manually copying the file on every machine? One other problem I've noticed now is that the net_maxfilesize CVAR is not present, yet a dedicated server (well, a listen server as well) refuses to send any files bigger than 16MB over the standard protocol, quoting that as being the net_maxfilesize value. Csgo parkour maps. Also, not sure if the.bsp.bz2 files are not supposed to be sent over standard protocol, but the server seems to ignore them.

Discrete AMD Graphics Products That Do Not Support Windows® 10

The following is a list of graphics products that do not have driver support Windows® 10:

  • ATI Radeon™ X1### Series/ATI Mobility Radeon™ X1### Series Graphics
  • ATI Radeon™ X### Series/ATI Mobility Radeon™ X### Series Graphics
  • ATI Radeon™ 9000 Series Graphics
  • ATI Radeon™ 8500 Graphics
  • ATI Radeon™ 7500 Graphics
