I also had to do a clean sweep of all the drivers and I reinstalled the Nvidia driver. I/O Port 0x000003C0-0x000003DF NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970. I just upgraded my machine from AMD to Intel Skylake. I am running a Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5 (rev. 1.0), Intel 6700k, 32 GB DDR4 @ 2133 (only 16 usable due to Windows 7 Home Premium), and an EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SSC, all on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. When looking under device manager I see under other device 'Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller'. I have tried to get drivers through Windows which does not work. I did go to Gigabytes website and download what i thought I needed but nothing seems to help. When I click on 'properties' it says 'The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28).' Everything else works fine, CPU, GPU, RAM, Blu-ray drive, Card reader, ect. I do not know what the unknown device is. Under hardware ID it says 'PCIVEN_8086&DEV_15B6&SUBSYS_11112222&REV_00
